ROTARY SANDERSTEAD & SELSDON
Photographic Competition
Theme 'A Special Jubilee Celebration'
We run an annual photographic competition for students with a different theme each year. The competition normally runs in the Autumn culminating with a presentation of certificates to the winners at the click clock gallery by the Mayor of Croydon. Photographs are mounted & displayed in the Clocktower Cafe which is open to the public.
Last year we ran this competition as an online only event due to the Covid-19 crisis. This year, the competition will be both online and face-to-face with the best 20 entries (including the winning entries) being displayed both in the click-clock gallery in Croydon during October & November, and here on our website for the duration of the competition. The photographs will still be judged in the same way as before, and we have the same great prizes on offer - a photoshoot with a professional photographer and an array of runner's up prizes. These will be awarded at a presentation evening in November (date to be advised) at the Clocktower Gallery.
